Swimmin' in the Summertime!

Good Friday morning folks!  What a beautiful day on tap today!  Isn't this little girl the sweetest? A very good friend of mine gave me a gift certificate to Eat Cake Graphics for my birthday back in March. This is one of the stamps that I picked out!  I love the expressions on the kids.

I dug out some of my Papertrey Ink paper for this card. I love this color combination!  I also used some more of my crinkle seam binding (I am addicted to this stuff) and some lace from my box of inspiration!  I love having my lace handy!  

We have a fun weekend on tap. My daughter is coming home tonight and tomorrow we are going to Miller Park to enjoy the Brewer game. We are all looking forward to it!   

Alright! It is time to start my Friday. I have work to get done today so I am free all weekend for some fun!  Enjoy the sunshine!

Playin' Snow

Good morning!  Happy New Year's Eve Day!  I like the sounds of that.  We finished up our 4th Christmas celebration yesterday, and I have nothing to do but putz around the house for the last four days of my winter break. I LOVE THAT IDEA!

I made a winter-type card with these sweet little stamps from Eat Cake Graphics.  They are just adorable!  They all coordinate together too.  Paper Garden is a good place to go if you are interested in these stamps. The expressions on these kids just make me laugh!

The other day when my niece and nephew were here we went sledding in the back field. Part of being a kid is enjoying the snow.  I still haven't given that up!  These images capture all of that snow fun! 

I hope you all can stay up until midnight and ring in the new year!  I know for a fact that I won't make it!  That is quite okay with me though. I plan on relaxing the next couple of days and enjoying my family. It is really nice to have my daughter home from college.  These are the days that make me really happy!

Good morning! I realize that it is Sunday, but I don't have a regular Sunday Post for you today. We just arrived home yesterday from our Thanksgiving trip.  It is always so nice to come home, sleep in your own bed, and just enjoy some quiet time after a busy holiday! I wanted to get a post on my blog for today seeing as I have been absent for a few days. I hope you enjoy today's card! 

I am absolutely in love with my new Eat Cake stamps from Paper Garden! They are so cute and dainty, and I've really been enjoying them!  I also have Winter Wonderland Friends and Winter Wonderland. They are all SNOW MUCH FUN! LOL!

Today we will be getting ahead on some of our holiday decorating. I cannot believe Thanksgiving is over! You always know how fast the next few weeks go!  I can't believe we will be getting ready for Christmas now!
