Hello friends! I promised my friend, Barb, I would come right home today after school and post to my blog. She informed me that it was October 3rd since I posted last. I should be ashamed of myself. So have you been wondering what I have been doing? Well now that both of my daughters are away at college my focus has been on exercising. A lot of you know that I have
psoriatic arthritis. I started exercising back in 2008. On New Years Day of that year I promised myself that I was going to exercise every single day until it became habit. It did become habit. I started an exercising calendar in September 2009 and I have my times and distances recorded until present. I think there are many benefits of exercising. So I knew that once my daughters went away to college, I wanted to really focus on that. I have been exercising about 5 days out of the week. I am really proud of that. This is not an excuse though. I could also be posting to my blog. I think what happened was that my focus was so much on exercising when I went back to
school. Once I stopped posting to my blog, and the days kept growing since I last posted, it was easy to not post. I have missed it though. I absolutely love to share what I create.
So today. . . what should I share. I have millions of things to share. I am sharing post-it note pads that I made using Cindy's Tutorial. Oh my goodness. I am addicted to the October Afternoon paper right now. I will talk more about that later. All of these projects are made with October Afternoon paper, Chipboard, and rub ons. If you stop over at StarlitStudio you can get these items at a great price compared to a lot of other stores. If you click on the paper line, it will take you to all of the items (rub-on, miscellany, and other things) in that line. Cindy is the owner of StarlitStudio and she will really take good care of you. She is so creative and a wonderful inspiration to me!
Okay so I'm thinking I gave Barb enough to look at for one day! What do you think? LOL! Happy Monday everyone!

After reading your post.....lovin your crafty ideas...I am hungry for Doritos.

Oh my goodness, you've posted! I love these projects. I want the little puppy dog. Also, GREAT JOB with exercising. It's a habit I'm not in, but I wish that I was.

Congrats on exercising! I stopped after moving from Florida. Once my boys will drive themselves to school (3 month to go), I promised myself I start again.
